I have asked myself this question many times, Is Attraction Marketing Really A Scam. After watching the same movies you have, listened to the same speakers and read the same books it was all sounding a little bit weird.

They all talk about this mystical phenomenom that happens to certain people when they think the right way, look in the right direction and eat the right food.
 
In my earlier years of business my belief was that this was all a farce. It was not real and anyone who believed it was a fool. I mean, how could “thinking” the right way truly bring anything of value?
 
I started thinking that maybe, just maybe there was something in what they were saying when I started to put into practice the things I was listening to.

I want to let you know before we get started, that I did not get into all that mystical stuff. I will leave that to someone else.
 
What I found, when I started to get my thoughts under control and allowed them to come in alignment with my vision, that things started to change.
 
Instead of just listening to a cd on personal development or reading a book and doing nothing with the information I would implement what I learnt.
 
I became very good at being a person of action, showing that the things that I truly wanted got my full attention.

When I started to do these things it was like heaven would open up and I would receive the gifts that were coming my way.
 
Because I was doing the work and putting the time in “consistantly”, I was getting the results.
 
I started attending church (don’t worry I am not going to bible bash you but if you are looking for amazing personal development find yourself a good christian church and you will be amazed at the teaching) and instead of being one of those people that just warms the seat, I would take a notepad and pen and take notes. Church became alive and I started to attract even more to my life…
 
I found that there was something to this attraction marketing thing, I found a secret that most people don’t know and the ones that do know, don’t tell anyone.

The secret was very simple but very profound. It is something that most people don’t want to hear but it will come natural to most of you.

The secret is this:

When you apply yourself to the thing that you are wanting to achieve and you take away all obstacles and remove all excuses it is like you show that you can be trusted with the gift you are working towards. There is a great saying that says: “If you are faithful in the small things you will be given much”.

I also found that it was when I stepped out on the water to learn something new and be at risk, that the power of attraction marketing really took over. I decided to do the things that others were not prepared to do. This opened more doors and gave us more opportunities.

So it is my belief for attraction marketing to work you have to be prepared to work as well. Show that you are ready to do what it takes to get your dreams and build your lifestyle.

Each of us are here for a purpose. It is up to you whether you fulfill that purpose and leave a positive legacy for those around you.
